The Snowdonia National Park covers 823 square miles of diverse and majestic landscapes steeped in history, culture and a wealth of picturesque villages. There is so much to see and do in the area perfect for vintage train enthusiasts, food lovers, beachcombers and mountain scalers in the stunning scenery. Enjoy a visit to the National Slate Museum, take a scenic trip on the Snowdon Mountain Railway to the tallest peak in England and Wales just a taste of what is included in this trip.
Travel
Your comfort is our priority and all travel arrangements have been made with this in mind. A comfort stop will always be planned en route for lunch/refreshments. We will arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon, your luggage will be taken to your room and you will have plenty of time to freshen up before the evening meal. Return travel will follow a similar schedule.

The grand reception hall, library and residents’ lounge have been restored and refurbished to a high standard. The hotel’s Brasserie Draco Restaurant offers a chic and rewarding dining experience with a Mediterranean-inspired menu.

Excursions
All of our excursions are included in the holiday price unless otherwise specified. In addition to the planned activities, most excursions will allow plenty of free time for you to explore our well-chosen destinations. If you prefer to make other arrangements or just relax at the hotel instead of any of the excursions, you are welcome to do so. If so, we kindly ask you to please inform your driver. We will depart after breakfast and return in the late afternoon or early evening, to enable you to freshen up before your evening meal.
