Travel
Your comfort is our priority and all travel arrangements have been made with this in mind. A comfort stop will always be planned en route for lunch/refreshments. We will arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon, where you will be greeted with a welcome drink. Your luggage will be taken to your room and you will have plenty of time to freshen up before the evening meal. Return travel will follow a similar schedule.

Excursions
All of our excursions are included in the holiday price unless otherwise specified. In addition to the planned activities, most excursions will allow plenty of free time for you to explore our well-chosen destinations. If you prefer to make other arrangements or just relax at the hotel instead of any of the excursions, you are welcome to do so. If so, we kindly ask you to please inform your driver. We will depart after breakfast and return in the late afternoon or early evening, to enable you to freshen up before your evening meal.
Bath
A city so beautiful and special that it has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. Bath is the only place in the UK where you can bathe in naturally hot mineral water and visit original Roman Baths. Continue the festivity at the famous Christmas Market - browse the seasonal stalls, enjoy some tasty treats, and start your Christmas shopping early! There will be plenty of free time to shop, go to one of the museums, visit the famous Baths or see the great city from an open top bus.
Cheddar
Cheddar is famous as birthplace of the cheese that bears its name, produced here since the 12th century and still matured in the caves of Cheddar Gorge. Cheddar Gorge is the largest in the UK, with cliffs reaching nearly 450 feet high, cutting impressively through the limestone of the Mendip Hills as it drops down toward the Somerset Levels. The village is situated at the lower end of the Gorge, with historic buildings, tea rooms and pubs. Try some Cheddar Gorge Cheddar (great for gifts as well) and don’t forget your camera!
