European Day Trips - Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Bayliss Executive Travel reserve the right to cancel any trip due to lack of demand up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to travel.
2. Pick up times, itineraries or prices mentioned in this brochure may be altered by Bayliss Executive Travel.
3. Rules of carriage must be adhered to at all times (covered by each driver upon departure). Any traveller(s) not adhering to travel rules may be removed from the vehicle and banned from any future travel with Bayliss Executive Travel. No refunds will be made to such offenders.
4. All trips require payment in full 7 days prior to the day of travel. Each seat available is sold on a first come, first serve basis and seats cannot be held for late paying parties.
5. All channel crossings have been booked through Eurotunnel. Through circumstances beyond our control Bayliss Executive Travel reserve the right to change the method of channel crossing to sea ferries if Eurotunnel cannot fulfil our requirements due to the recent reduction in the service.
6. Bayliss Executive Travel will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury, delay or inconvenience caused to passengers or their belongings through a third party. Passengers are advised to ensure thy have adequate insurance protection to cover all eventualities.
7. Consumption of alcohol and/or smoking is not permitted on our vehicles.
8. Passengers must only purchase goods in the E.U. for their personal consumption or gifts. The weight restriction onboard the coach for each passenger returning to the UK is 2 cases of beer and 6 bottles of wine/spirits.
