I just wanted to drop a short line to say an enormous thank you to the Bayliss team and to Rob in particular for our smooth and successful trip to Birmingham over the last couple of days.  Your coach was amazing, Rob’s professionalism and manner was fantastic, and his flexibility and willingness to please was immensely helpful.  What was also brilliant was the way which Rob became part of our team – we were performing at a National Music Festival/contest and he really got on board with the excitement and fun of it, mucking in and getting caught up in the buzz of the festival, but remaining professional and courteous throughout.

Thank you for what turned out to be an excellent day yesterday.  Absolutely every aspect of your coaching arrangements went perfectly.  The bus turned up exactly on time (15 minutes prior to departure as promised) and Colin - our driver - could not have been more supportive. 
 
The parents who turned out at 6.00am to see their children off on a very long days event were impressed and grateful to see the quality of the coach - so much more professional than others we have come across in the past. 
 
What could have been a very long journey (both ways including the M25 at rush hour) turned out to be so relaxing and comfortable for all concerned that the day was a total success.
 
I am copying colleagues into this note and will be circulating your details generally in the school. I am sure that you will be hearing from others who need to book transport and are looking for great quality service will be contacting you.

Please accept our thanks for arranging the coach trip home in light of the cancelation of our flight yesterday (Monday) from Paris to Leeds. The coach and its team of drivers were absolutely first rate, as was the coach we travelled in. The drivers did all they could supporting everyone travelling on the bus, shearing relevant journey information and channels tunnel procedures, more importantly keeping a long journey upbeat.
