On behalf of the 12th Deal Scout Group can I thank you and Bayliss Coaches for making our trip so great. The coach and driver were impeccably turned out , the coach arrived  at Deal Pier with plenty of time to spare before we had to leave. The driver gave us impeccable service, a great credit to the company.  It was lovely, on a hot day, to travel in air conditioned comfort.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you, Bayliss Travel and Paul the driver for allowing us the use of the Sheffield United team bus for our Respect Team of the Month winners, AFC Dronfield, to  transport them to and from Tuesday’s fixture.  This was an amazing experience for the team and everyone involved on the night. From start to finish the trip was easy to book, pay and contact someone if need be. Staff were friendly and helpful but special thanks goes to our driver Jamie. From the moment we got on the coach we felt looked after and any questions we had were answered and we were reassured. The driver was a very careful and considerate driver and at all times we felt comfortable in his care. 

We were constantly informed of what was happening, where to meet and when. Check in and getting into the park was so simple.

We have just returned from a week long holiday to Austria and wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had!

Our driver James was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him and he looked after our entire group from the moment we boarded.

The hotel in Mayrhofen was so good, they made sure our rooming requests were met and we had a truly pleasant stay.

All of the excursions were well organised and we managed to see so much throughout our trip including river cruises, castles and cable cars.

It was such a good break for us both and we look forward to travelling with you again in the future, in fact we are already looking to book another trip!

Dear all at Bayliss Executive Travel,

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Rotterdam with our driver Rob and I wanted to share how much we enjoyed ourselves.

Please can you say a huge thank you to Rob, who went above and beyond his duties to ensure we had a smooth journey and got the most out of our long weekend. He was truly brilliant!

Our hotel was beautiful, the SS Rotterdam Floating Hotel! The cabin style rooms were all in original decor but with everything we may need, as was the ship itself. The food was delicious too.

This was my first coach holiday so I didn't really know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with it, the itinerary appealed to all ages and everything we needed was catered for.

I am not sure if this will get through to the right person but I would
appreciate it if this message could be passed on to James, our recent driver
who took 26 students and 4 staff from Brompton Academy, in Gillingham Kent,
to Disney Land Paris.

We were picked up very efficiently and effectively on Sunday morning where
we began our journey to Disney Land. Brompton have run this same business
trip to Disney Land for about 5 years now, as well as many others throughout
they Years. The staff that travelled to Disney have collectively been on
several trips over the years gone by, and I can confidently say we haven't
had a better journey, than our recent to Disney Land in a long long time!

Our driver James was helpful, talkative, polite, very professional and most
importantly made our journey very enjoyable. James added that extra touch to
our trip and our experience was enhanced by the ease of the journey, which
you can imagine is a big part of the planning.

On behalf of the staff and students who attended the trip I would like to
thank James for making our school trip complete. We would be very happy to
work with Bayliss Travel again in the future.

Patsy and I would just like to pass on our thanks to Karen and Darren for our wonderful day out in Le Touquet yesterday.

We dare say Karen and Darren will tell you all about our journey through Calais port yesterday afternoon but we would like to let you know that you have in Karen a member of your team to be proud of. As soon as she saw that the delays in checking our passports could jeopardise our ferry crossing she arranged for us to be fast tracked through. How her charms didn't win the heart of the jobs worths frenchman responsible for loading the vehicles onto the ferry we will never know as we did get there in time, mais c'est La France. And, from that point on Karen and Darren had to work so hard negotiating with P&O loading staff.

Anyway, no harm done, it didn't spoil our wonderful day out in Le Touquet with our preferred coach operator with their highly professional team.

Patsy and I will be back on the 2nd July for our trip to Bruges.

Trish our on-board hostess was brilliant, good fun and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Really made everyone feel part of the group and spent time with us all.

As for our driver James, he was simply excellent! As a retired driver of buses, James ensured we always felt safe and comfortable at all times. He handled everything and anything that was thrown at him. Professional in both his appearance and attitude to driving.

I am writing to say thank you for our recent trip to Paris.  As you will be aware, it did not go completely to plan and we had to return two days early due to the terror attack on the city centre.

Our driver, Martin, could not have been any more understanding.  Right from the minute he picked the students up from school he was friendly and courteous and he was very knowledgeable about the trip and the situation.

I have been on many school trips with different coach companies, and Martin is by far the best driver I have had.

Please accept our thanks for arranging the coach trip home in light of the cancelation of our flight yesterday (Monday) from Paris to Leeds.
