Travel back in time and experience the South’s industrial and rural heritage for a unique day out in West Sussex. The Museum site was once a working chalk quarry from the 1840s until the 1960s. Many of the original buildings can still be seen including four sets of lime kilns. There is a narrow-gauge railway and vintage bus service which visitors can ride on, as well as other classic transport exhibits.
