Based at a stunning forest retreat with Beaulieu village on the doorstep, the hotel provides the perfect base for a true New Forest experience. Our packaged tour includes visits to Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway, created by the Rothschild family and home to a host of exotic plants. As well as Buckler’s Hard, step back in time to the 18th century with a guided tour of this historic naval shipbuilding centre, Mottisfont and the coastal town of Lymington.
Travel
Your comfort is our priority and all travel arrangements have been made with this in mind. Comfort stops will always be planned en route for lunch/refreshments. We will arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon, where your luggage will be taken to your room (unless otherwise specified) and you will have plenty of time to freshen up before the evening meal. Return travel will follow a similar schedule.

Set in the heart of the forest, Beaulieu Inn is a former coaching inn surrounded by stunning open heathland and just a few minutes from both the picturesque village of Beaulieu and Lyndhurst, the ‘capital’ of the New Forest. Designed with a country home-from-home feel which aims to bring you closer to nature, the quaint hotel boasts 35 bedrooms with a stylish, warming, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Excursions
All of our excursions are included in the holiday price unless otherwise specified. In addition to the planned activities, most excursions will allow plenty of free time for you to explore our well-chosen destinations. If you prefer to make other arrangements or just relax at the hotel instead of any of the excursions, you are welcome to do so. If so, we kindly ask you to please inform your driver. We will depart after breakfast and return in the late afternoon or early evening, to enable you to freshen up before your evening meal.
