The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is a spectacle like no other. Taking place on the esplanade of Edinburgh’s iconic castle, experience an unforgettable evening of music, ceremony, theatre and dance. Playing host to a stunning array of performers from all points of the compass.
Travel
Your comfort is our priority and all travel arrangements have been made with this in mind. Comfort stops will always be planned en route for lunch/refreshments. We will arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon, where your luggage will be taken to your room (unless otherwise specified) and you will have plenty of time to freshen up before the evening meal. Return travel will follow a similar schedule.

One of the most unique hotels in Perth, set in a 15th century watermill, where you can still see the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, reception area and Lounge Bar. Just a short walk away is Scone Palace, Branklyn Gardens and the Glenturret Distillery. As well as the Perth Museum & Art Gallery and the Caithness Glass Visitor Centre are also worth a visit. This centrally located hotel offers modern comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV’s, trouser press, hairdryer and coffee & tea making facilities. There is also a restaurant and a bar on site

Excursions
All of our excursions are included in the holiday price unless otherwise specified. In addition to the planned activities, most excursions will allow plenty of free time for you to explore our well-chosen destinations. If you prefer to make other arrangements or just relax at the hotel instead of any of the excursions, you are welcome to do so. If so, we kindly ask you to please inform your driver. We will depart after breakfast and return in the late afternoon or early evening, to enable you to freshen up before your evening meal.
