For Andre Rieu fans, the summer concerts in Maastricht are the ultimate experience. Once again André Rieu transformed the Vrijthof square in his hometown Maastricht into a grand, romantic open-air concert hall with room for about ten thousand people for his traditional summer evening concerts.
Travel
Your comfort is our priority and all travel arrangements have been made with this in mind. Comfort stops will always be planned en route for lunch/refreshments. We will arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon, where your luggage will be taken to your room (unless otherwise specified) and you will have plenty of time to freshen up before the evening meal. Return travel will follow a similar schedule.
Your Hotel: Van der Valk Hotel, Verviers
Hotel Verviers Van der Valk is located in a former 19th-century station and offers guest rooms with free access to an outside swimming pool. This ecological hotel is provided with an à la carte restaurant, a garden with a terrace and on-site shops. Weather permitting, the large south facing terrace is a great place to sit out and relax with a drink. The restaurant serves international cuisine and offers fixed menus or à la carte dishes. Located a 5-minute drive from E42 Motorway, the hotel is easily accessible.

Excursions
All of our excursions are included in the holiday price unless otherwise specified. In addition to the planned activities, most excursions will allow plenty of free time for you to explore our well-chosen destinations. If you prefer to make other arrangements or just relax at the hotel instead of any of the excursions, you are welcome to do so. If so, we kindly ask you to please inform your driver. We will depart after breakfast and return in the late afternoon or early evening, to enable you to freshen up before your evening meal.
