Gift Voucher Terms

Vouchers

Customers that choose to use the Gift Vouchers hereby acknowledge that additional Terms and Conditions.

Brief conditions of use for Gift Vouchers can be found on the reverse of the Gift Vouchers.

Bayliss Executive Travel will hold any personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) and customer data obtained in accordance with relevant legislation. Personal data will not be passed to any other organisation. Your data may be used to send you further information about Bayliss Executive Travel.

The customer is the purchaser of the Gift Vouchers. These can be given as gifts to anyone for the sole user to benefit.

Bayliss Executive Travel vouchers. Can be purchased ranging from £5, £10 and £20 in value.

Valid for one year from date of purchase. An expiry date will be added to every relevant voucher.

Bayliss Executive Travel vouchers can be redeemed towards the value of any Day Break or Holiday that we offer, whether in the main published brochure, website late deal or any in terms of Day Break or Holiday posted, through the year. Can also be used for the purchase of Loyalty VIP cards.

Vouchers can be used towards full or part payments for the required trip. The short fall of any amount will be required as normal payment.

Upon booking any trip, the value of the voucher is greater than the cost of the day break. No refund, or change will be given.

After expiry of the voucher, Bayliss Executive Travel will not carry over any value or replace the voucher.

Multiple Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment coach hire or car hire from Bayliss Executive Travel

Gift Vouchers will expire on the date marked on the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Gift Vouchers are void if damaged or distorted in any way.

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Bayliss Executive Travel reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, and damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.

Bayliss Executive Travel reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
