We start at the entrance to Greenwich Park, where you can purchase morning refreshments at the park café. Visit the Observatory and enjoy the amazing view over Greenwich, the River Thames, Docklands and London. Walk down through the park to the National Maritime Museum and see the newly refurbished and rehung Queens House. Free time for lunch can be had either in the museum café or a short stroll to the centre of Greenwich where many restaurants are at hand.
In the afternoon we visit the Painted Hall and Chapel at the Old Royal Naval College and then break for tea in the café in the Heritage Centre before driving to the cable car to round off the day with a return flight. We head home around 4.45/5.00pm.
